CA Licensing & Compliance

Ricnel Logistics is fully licensed by the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) as a courier and postal service operator. This means every parcel we carry is handled under a regulated framework that protects both sender and recipient.

info Interzonal covers same-city and same-zone deliveries, e.g. within Nairobi, Mombasa, or Kisumu. Price depends on the road distance between pickup and drop-off. Intercounty connects our offices across different counties, e.g. Nairobi → Nakuru or Kisumu → Eldoret. Price is fixed by the total parcel weight.

Intercounty deliveries are routed through Ricnel's branch offices. The rate is the same regardless of which county pair you choose — only the parcel weight determines the price.
