Accurate declaration policy

Ricnel Logistics lodges every customs declaration based on the documents and information provided by our clients. We do not knowingly misdeclare goods, values, or quantities, and we expect clients to provide accurate documentation. Where we identify a discrepancy, we raise it with the client before lodging the entry.

Anti-smuggling position

We do not knowingly handle undeclared, smuggled, or misdescribed cargo, and we cooperate with KRA and other lawful authorities in the course of our clearing operations.

Sanctions and prohibited goods

We do not knowingly provide services in connection with goods or parties subject to applicable Kenyan or international sanctions, or goods prohibited or restricted under Kenyan law, and we reserve the right to decline any shipment that raises such concerns.

Personal and shipment data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
