Ricnel Logistics Ltd was founded in Nairobi in 2022 with a clear purpose: to give Kenyan businesses a logistics partner that combines global standards with deep local knowledge.
In 2025, we launched our courier services, and from day one, the response exceeded expectations. We quickly earned a reputation for making transportation feel effortless, seamlessly integrating client shipments into a reliable, end-to-end delivery experience.
We have since grown into a licensed customs agent as well as a licensed courier operator. Licensed by the Communications Authority as a courier operator and by the Kenya Revenue Authority as a customs agent (), we now handle customs clearance, international freight forwarding, and last-mile courier delivery for clients across industries including retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
These three pillars work as one operation, not three separate vendors. The same team that clears your cargo at the port can also deliver it to your door, so nothing is lost in the handoff between customs, freight, and last-mile delivery.
