    Commercial Invoice
    Issued by your supplier, showing goods, quantities, and value.

    Packing List
    Issued by your supplier, showing how the cargo is packed.

    Bill of Lading or Airway Bill
    Issued by the shipping line or airline as proof of carriage.

    Certificate of Origin
    Issued by a chamber of commerce at origin, where preferential tariff treatment is claimed.

    Import Declaration Form (IDF)
    Lodged through the KenTrade single window before or on arrival.

    KEBS Certificate of Conformity (CoC)
    Issued under the PVoC programme for goods subject to standards verification.

    Import Permit
    Required for controlled goods; our clearing team advises which goods need one.

    Exemption Letter
    Where a duty exemption or remission is being claimed, issued by the relevant government body.
